THREAD DIMENSION

SLEEVE AIR SPRING TYPE: SN100RL series

Pls measure your dimensions of your coilover as per our drawing required below and then choose the correct air spring .

HOW TO MEASURE YOUR COILOVER THREAD DIMENSION:

For example---

*Shocks thread pitch (A) =M52*2 ---Root Dia./Minor Dia. of inner thread: 52mm /50mm

*Sealing part (B) =50mm -----Dia.of smooth section on damper above thread

*Top shaft diameter(C) =12mm

*D=20mm

*①= 130mm

*②= 45mm

Don't understand why some air spring endplates must be made separated ? Read explanation as below------

It depends on the smooth section diameter (B), if it is larger than diameter of shocks thread (air spring root smaller thread diameter ),the air spring endplates must be designed separated two parts like this.

For example, M55*1.5-54, shocks smooth section diameter (B) is 54mm, it is larger than shocks thread part diameter（air spring root smaller thread diameter ）55-1.5=53.5, the air spring cannot get through the smooth section(B=54mm), so we have to make the endplates two parts, assembly air spring with shocks from both top and bottom direction (air spring screw from top, separated endplate screw from bottom)

M55*2-54/M12, 54mm＞55mm(bigger thread diameter)-2mm (thread pitch)

* This air spring cannot get through the smooth section(B=54), screw the separated endplate from bottom side of shocks and meet with air spring, finally connect two parts with bolts.
