There are installing hole on the endplate for connecting with #10 part of original suspension top mounts.

It is new design type that is smaller than SN120180BL2 and can instead of Sleeve air spring, but with larger load capacity than Sleeve ones.That is better choice. 

Air inlet located side of endplate to avoid blocking when you twist coilover lock rings to the bottom, this is adaptable for the coilover with larger lock rings.
